Box type is the first thing you need to figure out when you start custom your brand own packing box, we have many box type for you to choose, such as folding box, drawer box, collapsible box, removable lid box, all depends on the product you want to put-in. 

Size is most important step of custom your box, size comes with length, width and height, these dimensions depend on the product’s size, just let us know the dimensions and we will do the rest of the structure design for you!

Box material including inside rigid cardboard, art paper, rigid cardboard start from 300g to 1500g, as you can see the thickness below, the function of rigid cardboard is for carry the products, and the function of art paper is for custom the surface of the box, normally we use 1200g and 157g art paper. If you don’t have idea to choose material, you can just let us know the product weight, we will advise the better material for your products, also send us your design and we will print it on the art paper.

Some product need special insert and lining, such as cosmetic products, phone, consumer electronic product… special insert and lining such as eva, sponge can make sure your product anti-vibration, it is best solution of protect your products well, insert and lining such as gift card, satin lining can make your products specially and luxury.

To make sure the world unique box for your brand, you should provide your design to us for the art paper printing, we must know the color number first of your design, you can let us know the CMYK or Pantone color number.
